In 2016, Rihanna already started a successful cosmetics company (Fenty Beauty), as well as previously designed lingerie for the Puma fashion company.

The multiple Grammy Award-winning singer has entered into secret agreements with LVMH – which owns brands such as Dior, Celine, Givenchy, or Lous Vuitton – to launch her own fashion house, the Independent concludes.

Neither party has confirmed the news, however, if Women’s Wear Daily (WWD) information is confirmed, it will be the first self-launched brand in LVMH’s history since Christian Lacroix, founded in 1987. The news site says the fashion house will sell clothes, leather goods, and accessories.

According to WWD, LVMH has already selected several staff members from Louis Vuitton and Celine divisions to develop products alongside Rihanna.

Rihanna has made a serious name for herself in the fashion industry in recent years, thanks in part to her own eclectic dress.
