The innovation of the 20th century, e-sports, is becoming more and more decisive among athletes and fans in Hungary as well. The dizzying growth in the popularity of the sport is certainly illustrated by the fact that last year’s e-sports championship was already watched by more than 700,000 viewers on stream channels. K&H also wants to set an example and embrace domestic talent in this area of sport, where digital innovations, technology, and the commitment, determination, and pursuit of excellence characterize athletes. Thus, expanding our support last year, this year we are supporting the entire competition series as a naming sponsor, with total prize money of HUF 15 million, ”said Nóra Horváth Magyary, K&H Group’s Chief Communications Officer, at a press conference on the occasion of the season.
“An important season is the second in the history of the K&H Hungarian National E-Sports Championship, as this season we are introducing players and teams to the world of associations and teams with real legal personality.
