My first encounter with Wet n Wild was quite interesting, especially since it’s somewhat challenging to find it here in Europe. I had heard good things about it, but for one reason or another, it just didn’t work out for me before. However, this time, I was determined to give it another shot, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the results.

The lipstick I tried has a well-pigmented formula that provides excellent color payoff with just one swipe. The vibrant shades available caught my attention immediately, and I was drawn to a beautiful hue that promised to elevate my makeup look. As I applied it, I noticed its delightful creamy texture, gliding smoothly and making the application process luxurious.

One of the standout features of this lipstick is its matte finish. Unlike many other matte lipsticks I’ve tried in the past, which often leave my lips feeling parched and uncomfortable, this one manages to strike a perfect balance. It offers a sufficiently matte look without the dry, tight sensation that can come from shock matte formulas. This is a significant plus for anyone who prefers a matte appearance but dislikes the drawbacks that often accompany it.

In terms of longevity, the lipstick proved to be moderately long-lasting throughout the day. I was able to wear it for several hours without needing to reapply, which is a big win for a mid-range product. It comfortably withstood my morning coffee and a light lunch, maintaining its color and finish remarkably well. While I can’t yet compare it to my favorite Wet n Wild lipstick, a staple in my makeup collection, I believe this is exactly how a quality mid-range lipstick should perform.

Overall, I am genuinely impressed with this brand and its lipstick performance. My positive experience has reinvigorated my interest in exploring more of its offerings. If you’re in the market for a well-pigmented, comfortable matte lipstick that won’t dry out your lips, I highly recommend trying this brand.

I look forward to discovering what else they offer and perhaps making it a staple in my makeup routine.
